This is the nicest resort property I have ever stayed at. The service from every aspect--welcoming at front door, check in, concierge, housekeeping, every dining venue we tried (parkview, glamping), pool facilities --was exceptional--always kind, thoughtful, and helpful, never pushy, high pressure, impatient, or dismissive. The lounges, lobby, and exterior grounds were well laid out and very clean with beautiful views, artwork, fresh orchids, and plenty of room for strolling while also providing plenty of seating. Parking is perfectly located and complimentary. Room was beautiful and good size with beautiful views over pool and gardens with ocean in distance. All food services we tried were outstanding and plentiful. Business center services outstanding. Pools, sauna wonderful. Overall value of service and amenities is extremely high. I also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere.
There is nothing I did not like about the property. It was perfect and exceeded expectations in every way for what I was looking for. The only thing I would have liked would be access to beaches nearby.

Clean and comfortable, close to the beach.
Our stay was disappointing due to a series of operational and service issues that made the hotel feel unprepared for an international clientele.
The first challenge was communication. Not all concierge staff were fluent in English, and some seemed unfamiliar with the island's key attractions and logistics, making it difficult to get reliable recommendations or directions.
The problems continued at the pool. The reservation system is inefficient, as sunbeds remain marked as "reserved" even when guests don't show up, leaving many empty despite high demand. Furthermore, the enforcement of a local rule requiring life vests for anyone under 130cm was inflexible. Despite my daughter being a competent swimmer and my offer to sign a waiver and supervise her, the staff made no exceptions.
Basic amenities were also a hassle. Although there were three guests in our room, we had to request the third towel from housekeeping every single day.
Combined with an overpriced restaurant menu that offered poor value, these issues made our experience fall far short of expectations for the cost. While the property has potential, it needs significant improvements in staff training and customer service to cater to a global audience.
