Great breakfast with many options and fresh food. The kids room was very cute and my daugther loved it. The bathroom was huge. There was a nice italian restaurant in the building of the kids rooms, so it was good for us to eat there after a full day exploring the island. It did take away too eith discount to eat in the room.
The pool area didn't have chairs or beds to sunbath, shades everywhere and not one single spot to lay down and sunbath. Everybody in the pool was fully dressed, but i think that this is something cultural, and ok, but using a hat (?) was mandatory... every bed around the pool had to be paid which i think is realy bad, because the only option if you don't want to pay is to eat or drink something from the coffe (and you can use a table and chairs) or place your things in an area far from the pool in some chair and anyway you could nor lay down. For me this was the major disasdvantage of this hotel because other way it is a very beatiful resort and the service was very good too.

It was our first time in Jeju and in Korea, and the first family holiday with our 2 young kids after a long break due to covid. The hotel staff were exceptional in their service - very kind and helpful with all our requests about where to go and what to eat. We booked the one bedroom suite which was astonishingly spacious and clean. The room was so comfortable and homely and really quiet. Our favourite part of the stay was the heated outdoor pool!!!! We loved it so much. Best pool we have ever been in. Hotel breakfast was also one of the best hotel breakfast I've had in all my travels. Each dish was delicious - both international and local. The pastries were artisanal, fluffy and delightful. We would love to return and stay there again.
The ocean view was partially blocked by the construction in front, but there was no noise if you keep the balcony doors closed.

We liked the pool area. The water was heated which meant our little one could play in there all day long into the early evening, despite the weather. It was open until 1Opm and there was a nice atmosphere- music, pool inflatables are allowed and basketball hoops. All in all a very family orientated hotel. We liked that they had a big screen for watching movies at night and a pool side snack bar serving beer, chicken and icecream. You can hire cabanas for three hour stints.
Again, the children's play zone was great for our two year old and it was incredibly clean.
The location near Seogwipo was handy and our room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. My husband appreciated the pod coffee machine and I liked the powerful shower.
The breakfast was excellent. A good choice on offer and service was good.Sanitization was excellent at the hotel with each room having an air purifier unit.
We would have liked the pool area to open earlier. It opens at 10am, but our toddler wakes up at 6am and it was quite a long wait. The other points are minor. Proper china mugs or cups could be provided in the room so that they can be washed and reused by guests and this is also more environmentally friendly. The music at the pool is great but as we had a balcony room over looking the pool it kept our young daughter awake at night (goes on until 10pm) If we were to stay again we'd ask for a different room location.
My husband and I would have liked some balcony chairs so that we could sit out in the evening.
English is spoken by reception staff but we had to rely on our translation app when dealing with the pool side staff ( this wasn't a problem, but just to note).
