Large room and beautiful surroundings.
The concierge and reception staff were very helpful, booking 2 excursions with quite complicated itineraries.
The buffet food wasn’t great and all bars and eateries shut far too early. The hotel seems to prioritise profit over customer service and has only managed to drive guests off resort. Around the pool, all the chargeable day beds are empty and I see more fellow guests in the neighbouring bars and restaurants than inside the hotel. The mediocre breakfast buffet costs more than any other hotel I’ve stayed and there’s a great MaBaRo within 100 metres of the car park. Lotte are driving their guests off and must realise they’re losing money and alienating people.

Friendliness of the staff.
The Non-Swimmers’ Hotel.
Western parents are advised against staying at this hotel if their children wish to swim freely in the pool.
Children under 160 cm tall must wear a life jacket in the 1.40-metre-deep pool, regardless of how well they can swim.
This effectively discourages them from swimming.
We have never experienced this in any other country worldwide.
It’s a shame, really.

Staff is friendly
for 5 stars and this price - it requires big renovation. Rooms are old, with very low ceilings. TV is not opposite the bed
