Clean, great food and entertainment, and excellent staff.
Also, the beds were very comfortable.
Great rooms.
We were in a room with a disabled bathroom that didn’t drain properly. The floor was constantly wet.
Also would have liked padding on the sunbeds.

Quiet, lots to do, proximity to the beach, various food options.
Staff is very helpful and attentive.
Animators were fun.
I had a birthday there, staff left me a champagne bottle with two glasses in my room and birthday wishes :)

A self-service pool bar is an amazing idea. No queues, easy to use. Warm pools are great
Payed access to one pool. Crazy, never been to a hotel with limited access to facilities
