Location was great, hotel was beautiful and always clean, rooms were cleaned daily, staff was super friendly and helpful, most staff were multilingual which was awesome as we didn't speak any Spanish. Loads of program during the day and night for both kids and adults. Pools were clean, loads of loungers, food and drinks everywhere. I've finally enjoyed eating prawns, they really know how to make them tasty. Lifeguards at every pool. Would recommend this hotel.
After few days the food choice gets too repetitive both main and desserts. Everyone could find something to eat of course but we struggled with the constant no seasoned meats or rice or over salted food on the other hand, unless they cooked their own cuisine which was mainly seafood based, which were absolutely great and well seasoned.

Second time here loved it. Everything so well thought of
Was hard to find a quieter table in the evening, we had our 5 month old baby with us so the entertainment woke her up occasionally but still very good entertainment

Quality and quantity of food, kids playground and other activities, friendly staff, restaurants, comfortable rooms, nice view from the main building and the restaurants.
Generally we were really happy with our stay, we spotted 3-4 things that can be improved:
a) we were not informed that the waterslide had been demolished and is being rebuilt. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was this.
b) smell of moisture in some parts of the hotel where there was not enough ventilation, e.g. in areas where lifts are next to the toillets and the showers.
c) pillows need to be changed as some of them seem to be old and are hard and lumpy. Also some towels although clean seemed too old and used for the price of the rooms.
d) poor soundproofing from the balcony doors.

My kids (8 and 11) really liked the activities for kids.
The hotel is in desperate need for renovation, the window in our room did not close so there was a lot of noice coming in from the street, the lights in the hallway where constantly out so it was pitch black and the elevators where very shabby. The pool area was dirty, rubbish all over. The food was average and few healthy choices.
