It was a nicely located hotel, lovely helpful staff. Room was nice and clean and good facilities and breakfast - all what you can ask for for a holiday stay. Requests and enquiries were dealt with efficiently.
The air con wasn't sufficient on the 1st night even tho we had turned it on max. Was resolved when a technician came to check on it the nx day .
Quite cheeky to list the hotel as 2 different hotels/buildings at diff prices on Booking.com but use same facilities - why cant they mention its the same hotel so people will book the cheaper option !
So effectively, I paid more than my friends for the same period and they got a bigger better room !!

This is an excellent hotel with 20 minutes walk to region one of Vienna. Great staff, outstanding customer service, very clean and good size rooms. This is our 2nd stay and we will return. We recommend this hotel highly.
