Staff at this resort were exceptionally friendly, hard working, and professional. Food and service at all restaurants was excellent with our absolute favourites being Adelar (Sherif was terrific! Mena was super attentive and Khalil was an excellent server.) We also enjoyed the food and service Entrecote and Luxor. Front Desk Receptionist Mina was extremely pleasant and helpful and so was concierge Maldalouf. Kim, Jona and Mae were wonderful servers as well. Islam and Ahmed were fantastic pool attendants.
As guests of the Royal Savoy adult only section we would have preferred to have sections of the restaurants reserved for adult only dining. Often we found that there were loud groups with children in the restaurants that had a negative impact on our dining experience. It diminished the ‘adult only’ experience for us.

Beachfront location with snorkelling off the jetty. Soho Square close by for the evenings. Staff very friendly and helpful.
More evening entertainment would be good.

We had a jacuzzi junior suite which had a great view. We booked half board where drinks were generally included (with the exception of at meal times in the off site restaurants). Calm adult only feel. Close to airport.
The food was average and the decor slightly dated. The outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was very dirty. Not terrible but wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
