we liked the exceptional landscape, the pool was amazing and the buffet was great.

The staff was helpful with a nice smile, especially the reception, special thanks for the front office manager who solved problems on the arrival and departure.. I'm also sure that behind this a super top management...
Beside The location, the views and the beach were outstanding.
The buffet was below the standard, but some of the other restaurants were much better...

Why are beer served in small paper coffee cup?
Why if I book a taxi with the hotel to the airport it costs $25 but if I ordered on the app it costs $5. Do you guys has no respect for your guests?
It’s like the staff are working in a bad atmosphere.
Cold beer in a plastic cup. Not in a small coffee cup.
I love beer but I don’t even drink it that much because of this paper cups. The staff were all really tense. The taxi guy trying to scam your guests inside your hotel. The only positive thing was the animation team. I’m not coming back for sure.
