Staff were amazing and very helpful with everything we needed. Yara from guest relations took care of us, she provided and scheduled all dinners and activities for us. Variety of restaurants is something special.
Very spacious and big place, not everything within walkable distance, and resort doesn’t provide as many golf carts as the place needs. You either have to wait for so so long to get a ride or walk for a long distance

Hi , this is the second time I’ve visited this Hotel , very friendly staff, very clean from inside and outside, good value for money,
Also a big thanks to YARA Hajaj , she was always checking on us on both visits. Very professional.
I can’t find nothing wrong about this Hotel ,

I especially want to recognize one of the customer service staff members who went above and beyond for us. Ms.Yara as well as her supervisor.
She was absolutely amazing from the moment she helped us. She worked so hard to arrange a room upgrade for us and really did everything she could to make our stay more comfortable. She also helped us with a special discount for massages, which we really appreciated.
Her service was exceptional — she was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. You could really see that she puts her heart into her work, and that kind of service makes such a difference.
The hotel itself is also wonderful for families, with so many activities for children, a great kids’ club, and lots to do throughout the stay.
A huge thank you to her for making our experience even more special. She is truly an asset to the hotel and deserves to be recognized for her amazing service! ❤️

I like the views, how big the territory is, big amount of swimming pools.
The food wasn’t good, everything was too fried with big amount of oil. Once on the lunch all the food was too salty.
In the main restaurant it was very dirty almost all the time. The waiters didn’t clean the tables properly, so when we come, the tables were sticky and with the rests of food, the same was with the floor.
When we visited the restaurant on the beachside, it was much cleaner and nicer. And the food there was better.
À la carte restaurant are not tasty at all.
The alcohol on whole territory felt like it was local, but not original.
The kidsclub was very big, but there was no animation for the kids, there were just support team if kids need something. Of course you can book a time for the workshop, but the workshop takes half an hour. The rest of the time kids should play on their on. It is not convenient for the small kids like 4 or 5 years old. But starting from 7 years old it is fine.
Tennis rackets that you can borrow were too old and very inconvenient.
