WiFi was horrid - 5 steps into the hotel room and signal dropped. This was a big inconvenience as I needed to work from my laptop during the day.
Front desk staff was very pleasant but not very knowledgeable - didn’t listen well when inquiries were made

Great location. Beachfront and easy to access. I booked there because I wanted to be by the beach and it was great.
it is quite a busy hotel and at times we had to wait a lot for the lifts. Also it could do with some updating. The toilet is quite old school and we had issues with that.

Staff was very kind. Balconies were nice with wonderful ocean view. Breakfast room and breakfast very good. Large bed was nice.
The rooms were very plain and we could hear everything next door and above us. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Nothing on walls in room. Bathrooms were old. Pool was not very nice. And oceanfront but couldn’t swim in ocean due to sharks.
