Lovely place to stay with friends and family !

The staff are outstanding. The hotel is lovely and clean . Good food , great service and lovely atmosphere! Edison on the breakfast area , extremely attentive. My son only eats one type of food , since we woke up late , one day what he liked were gone , he told us no problem and asked for the food to be prepared again . All the employees were above and beyond on that place.. I always get amazed how Brazil in a told has an amazing customer service !

Pool could be bigger for the caliber of the hotel it is very small . Water on the shower needed to be more hot … Also there are a strong smelling on the elevators . They need to use air freshener or something else… But overall the Hotel is lovely! Definitely will go back !

Excelente! ambiente agradável e acolhedor. Música ao vivo com repertório adequado aos horários e público presente durante o café da manhã e jantar. Funcionários educados e atenciosos.

O setor responsável deveria atentar mais, para aqueles hóspedes com restricões alimentares: mais opções de alimentos sem lactose, glúten e açúcar.

Nada. Péssimo a rendimento, quarto com cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado fraco, o banheiro estava entupido, o estado de conservação do hotel está muito ruim!

Brilliant location, friendly & engaging staff & reasonably priced. Would recommend and would probably return.

Location was fantastic, staff were engaging and friendly without being intrusive. Highlight of our stay was Heron in the restaurant - anticipated our needs & was extremely friendly and professional.

One iron for the hotel, located on the top floor seemed a bit bizarre. While having a drink, there was an issue with printing the bill & when the issue was resolved, the bill was sent to our room to be signed - except by this time it was 10:30pm & we were already in bed.

Ótimas comodidades, bom café da manhã, com ambiente agradável. Destaque para a tapioqueira vestida de preto, que faz a melhor tapioca que já comi na vida. Quartos bons tb. Bom atendimento.

O hotel estava em obras e não foi avisado. Mas no final de semana não funcionou a obra.

Boa opção em Recife.

O café da manhã no restaurante Brasserie é excelente, com uma farta opção de produtos regionais. Geralmente tem música ao vivo. O quarto era renovado, com equipamentos novos e cafeteira.

Não recebemos a cortesia da massagem no SPA, apenas um"upgrade" no café da manhã em outro restaurante que não utilizamos. O elevador sofreu pane em 2 ocasiões.

A hospedagem é excelente!

Impossível não elogiar o atendimento da equipe do hotel. São atenciosos, simpáticos, acolhedores e ágeis na resolução de problemas. O café da manhã do buffet, apesar de não ser excepcional, comparado a outros hotéis, não deixa nada a desejar. Não há grandes diferenciais, mas não falta nada e entrega o que promete. Já o café da manhã do restaurante à la carte - este, sim! - é fantástico em todos os aspectos (variedade, sabor, apresentação, atendimento, ambiente...). A acomodação é excelente.

Não vi acessibilidade na área da piscina, tanto para o acesso ao terraço quanto para a piscina em si. São escadas e o elevador de hóspedes não chega lá. Não me atentei se há algum outro elevador de serviço com acesso ao local. Se você é PCD ou tem alguma dificuldade de locomoção, é importante se certificar antes.

Chateado pelo fato ocorrido, quando voltar a recife vou procurar outro por causa desse acontecido

A vista do quarto o café da manhã

O que não gostei foi as 9 horas da manhã está fazendo manutenção praticamente na parede aonde nós estávamos. Estava em uns dia de descanso, e paguei numa categoria super luxo achei um desrespeito a uma hora daquela pessoal fazendo barulho. Se iria fazer a manutenção deveria ter colocado em um outro apartamento. Mas não aproveitamos nada da manhã por causa do barulho insuportável. Deveria era ter tido pelo menos alguma coisa de cortesia pela falta de respeito com os hóspedes.

le petit déjeuner est énorme et la chambre magnifique l'un des plus beaux hôtels que j'ai vus

le service d'accueil est désastreux, une heure pour le check-in et une heure pour quitter l'hôtel la facture arrive 3 semaines après le séjour, après que l'hotel ait annulé la résa (après mon retour... et que la résa a été entièrement assumée) la localisation ne me plait pas non plus car pour n'importe quelle activité hors hotel un taxi est nécessaire

Not a 5 stars hotel

Big rooms and good breakfast

The water of the shower smelled awful. I was travelling alone and they gave me a triple room with one additional bed (so the room looks smaller). There were no bathrobe or slippers. In the bathroom only shampoo and hand soap, no other facilities. Breakfast was ok, but not idyllic as said in many reviews. The rooftop has a very small swimming pool and overall the hotel needs a lot of renovation (very old style). Personnel at reception do not speak English, or very few and getting indication on what to do and suggestions in general is very difficult if you don’t speak portuguese. This is not acceptable, from a 5 star hotel I would have expected more than this. Finally I asked for a late check in and they charged me 222 Reis with the hotel pretty empty. I will try another hotel next time.

A good choice if you want to stay near the beach.

Room size good enough. Breakfast with an impressive assortment. Walking along the beach in the morning is a plus, and distance to the historical centre is reasonable, while reaching the airport is really a few minutes drive.

Wonderful stay, looking forward to returning!

Location was fantastic, but a LITTLE bit far from the main beach to reach on foot. Just stopped for snacks and sips along the way. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL. We had the rooftop pool to ourselves and the room was clean and super comfortable. We enjoyed the option to open the windows and feel the sea breeze! Staff was incredibly helpful.
