Great location, clean and comfy rooms, great breakfast, no noise and air conditioning worked perfectly
Air conditioner was leaking onto the floor, aswell as other leaks on the floor throughout the hotel hallways. My room also felt pretty small

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
breakfast is served from 6am which was perfect for our trip as we had to leave early.
Lots of variety in the breakfast with fruits, bread, coffee, milk, juice, yogurt, and traditional pão de queijo.
Traveling in 2 couples, I was talking with the receptionist and handling all the check in information as the reservations were in my name. But the receptionist disregarded me and referred to the men in our group to hand the rooms' keys (the men in our group were even in the back while I was standing in front of the front desk talking to the receptionist). Despite the fact that I was the point of contact and was talking with him and sharing all the information he needed to admit us, the men were given the keys instead of me. I found that misogyny and unthoughtful.
