We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options available at the buffet. The swimming pool was large and enjoyable, especially the 9-foot-deep section, which was a highlight for me. The beach area was beautiful, and we really enjoyed swimming in the waves and watching the stunning sunset in the evening. The spacious outdoor areas were also perfect for relaxing and playing.
The check-in process took longer than expected, and we had to wait quite a long time for our luggage to be delivered to the room. Also, the plastic wristbands provided by the hotel were uncomfortable to wear throughout the stay, especially since we had to keep them on until checkout
Another disappointing issue was the presence of mosquitoes inside the room, which made our stay uncomfortable at times. This is definitely something the hotel should pay more attention to.

We booked a room with two beds yet we were initially given a room with one bed. However, this was fixed in about 30min.
