Perfect stay directly on Negombo beach. Warm welcome, attentive and friendly staff. Easy check in and out process. Room very generous with large bathroom. Excellent amenities. Beautiful beachfront pool. Stunning location nearby local eateries and shopping.

Great location in a quiet area, lovely welcome after a long flight. Rooms were large and cool, nice breakfast with a wonderful outlook

The staff were extremely hospitable and went out of the way to be of service
Rooms were not great, looked old and just touched up. Also the toilet was not great and I did not like the glass doors in the toilet separating the room. The room was hot and the a/c did not work well. Not great at all for the money paid.
