It was a lovely first stay in Sri Lanka - the location is great on a quiet side street but very close to Negombo beach (it still felt safe as a solo female traveller in the evening). The staff were all very kind and the breakfast was delicious! The room was also huge and the property itself felt light and spacious. I didn’t get to spend time at the pool but it looked well maintained.
Small refurbishments to the rooms - the taps had limescale, the shower head attachment was broken, and the bedside lights were damaged. Nothing that impacted the quality of my stay but would help.
