Tranquil and clean place not far from Negombo beach

The host was super hospitable and i enjoyed the breakfast, which if you're vegetarian, can be customized for you. The property is very well located and in 10 minutes walk you can reach the beach. I only stayed one night as i needed a place not too far from the airport where i could rest after my long flight until the following morning. And considering this, this place was just perfect.

Excellent location for short stay in Negombo. Highly recommended.

The host is lovely and very helpful. The room is clean and tidy. Location is excellent - reasonable walking distance from the beach.

Would be better if they provide hand soup and hair dryer.

We had a lovely stay at the Green Wood Villa. Lucky came to pick us up from the AirPort and was very friendly. The place was also very clean. The breakfast was also great! Would definitely recommend this place!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Green Wood Villa Negombo! Lucky and his wife are really welcoming and made us feel like home! Excellent quality for price, very clean room, amazing pool and super good breakfast in the morning. 100% recommendable!!!

Perfect starting place for your vacation.

Airport transfer was perfectly arranged, even after a delay of the flights of several hours. Very relaxed atmosphere. The host is very friendly and attending to all needs and questions. Very good restaurants and bars nearby.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location is peacful and quit with a garden and swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The family was extremely friendly and supportive. Would totally recommend for the start/end of a Sri Lanka trip. The airport is only around 15 minutes away.

A very enjoyable short stay.

The breakfast was really good and I was given dal and roti as extras which was a treat. Lucky and Lashika were the perfect hosts and made my whole stay a pleasure. The garden and pool were immaculate. I enjoyed exploring the local area with various restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

This is beautiful family run hotel with great location close to the beach and active street with shops and restaurants but still quiet to enjoy relaxing stay. The owner and his wife were kind and helpful. The pool and surrounding area were great and well maintained. Our family really enjoyed our 3 days after long flight there. Highly recommended.

I would stay there again!

Very nice accommodation in Negombo - good to start or end your travel. The hosts are more than welcoming and friendly and happy to give you any recommendation you ask for. They do offer external laundry. Nice garden to chill and delicious breakfast. Only a short walking distance from the beach.

Very clean, comfortable, helpful host and excellent value for money. Lucky was exceptional, arranged train tickets and was a mine of helpful advice and cooked interesting vegan breakfasts even though he wasn’t warned in advance

Nice accommodation in negombo

Great quiet location, close to street with restaurants, beautiful garden and pool, 10 minutes walk from the beach, The owner was very nice and accommodated us even early in the morning

A bit of a problem with the hot water controls, but the owner was willing to explain and help us

Comfortable Stay in Negombo

Very friendly staff. Clean, spacious room with Air Con. Breakfast was delicious too. Close distance to beach and bars/restaurants.

A few ants in the room but not sure this could be helped.

Nice and quite place to stay with a very friendly host

The host and his wife are very nice people and help with everything. We stayed here three years ago and liked it so much, so we came back. Now they have a pool. The whole Villa is clean an beautiful. For breakfast they serve toast, a fruit platter, and Sri Lankan rotti and dhal.
