The grounds, gardens, statues all are so beautiful at Ulun Ubud - it's a beautiful place and we loved how spacious our bedroom and bathroom was. Water was pleasantly warm and staff were so thoughtful in fixing up our room and providing extra towels etc when requested.
We loved how easy it was to communicate our plans through Booking.com in the months ahead regarding ferry/hotel/car transfers and prices.
It's a beautiful, relaxing setting and as long as you have mosquito spray when outside you can enjoy the lovely atmosphere easily !
The kind of place you would love to return to for some relaxation in Ubud - away from the busy area but a short car or bike ride into central shopping/eating part of town.
Thank you so much to Meika and the reception and house-keeping staff that put so much effort into helping us and making things easier - Meika was so thoughtful and really wonderful at answeing our questions and helping us with whatever we needed !

Almost everything was perfect !
A little trouble with the lampshade being loose/falling off but they very kindly provided me with another one on request and when our shower knob was a bit loose they came and tightened it which helped so much.

The staff were exceptional! The pool was great. Location quite good.
Air con struggled a bit during the day. Rooster next door made it difficult to sleep in.
