Il costo non era adeguato a quanto ho ricevuto in cambio

La vista dalla terrazza della camera direttamente sulla piscina era comunque tranquilla e la vegetazione di piante e verde e l’ottima vista erano rilassanti e non invasive da parte degli altri terrazzi delle camere di fronte e di lato

Gli arredi vecchi e di bassissima qualità la porta di ingresso dell’appartamento striscia e per entrare era necessario spingerla con la spalla da quanto era difficoltoso entrare. La gestione del ristorante: non avendo pagato all inclusive il ristorante era diverso da quello che avrei avuto incluso con l’appartamento. Quello a pagamento sul momento era piccolo e con una scarsa scelta di cibo, avendolo saputo prima avrei preso in considerazione l’all anclusive ma nella descrizione della struttura non si fa alcun riferimento al doppio ristorante che sembra essere diviso in quello di serie A (per quelli che hanno pagato) e quello di serie B (per quelli che volevano risparmiare e che quindi non si meritano il massimo). Questa condizione di trattamento mi ha fatto sentire molto a disagio nei primi giorni non potendo contare su un ristorante adeguato in caso di bisogno. Bisogno ne ho avuto parecchio dato che per raggiungere ristoranti esterni è necessario prendere auto o pullman. Riguardo agli spostamenti impossibile pensare che per andare verso il centro se non si è automuniti bisogna attraversare due grosse rotonde sprovviste di attraversamento pedonale, rischiando letteralmente la vita ad ogni uscita. Questo necessario anche per raggiungere la fermata di alcuni pullman. Il complesso sorge su un’area nuova, urbanizzata da zero con l’arrivo della struttura Koala. Impensabile che non si sia pensato a fare delle strisce pedonali. Ah dimenticavo: letti singoli con le rotelle! Manco in fossi in ospedale!

Great value hotel but nothing to do in walking distance.

We liked the quietness of the pool in zone 5, the apartment generally, the accommodation and pool area was always clean, the food and drinks were good.

We were put in zone 5 which was entirely separated from the other zones. Zone 5 was predominately self catering, did not cater for all inclusive guests and indeed did allow for the all inclusive drinks to be brought into the zone. There was some confusion amongst the staff as we were originally advised that we could take drinks from the other zones into our zone five. The restaurant owner in zone 5 complained to us about our bringing in all inclusive drinks, contrary to the advice from the main reception and this caused some discomfort. Additionally the self catering guests at zone 5 were able to bring drinks from the local shop and were not expected to use the pool bar / restaurant. There wasn’t always a lifeguard at the pool area and the security guard at the gate was intermittent.

Rooms were nice and clean, maids in most days to clean. Food ok

The noise!! There must have been a football tournament happening and all the children were staying in the same apartments, so in the pool and making loads of noise until 2am. Banging on our door shouting and pressing the bell at 11pm. Not cool. Also 7 of our party got a stomach bug over the week. Thought it was from the plane but then heard that other guests also had a stomach bug

Pleasant

Free use of safe, large TV with many channels including netflix. Large rooms.

Photos didn't match the room and was advertised as the hotel and not the apartments. Unable to use the gym as we were self catering, which is one of the reasons we chose this place. Rooms were supposed to be cleaned everyday but Thursdays. This was not the case, when they were cleaned, only the beds where made and towels changed. Floor was never swept/mopped once during our stay, nor where sides wiped down. Beds uncomfortable due to being on wheels and moved even with the breaks on.

reminded of when I lived in Fort Lauderdale, Florida USA

they don’t supply drinking water. as I had no car to go to a supermarket, I had to walk to a C store in a gas station to buy bottled water to have in my room.

nice and quiet and bus to the beach

distance from everywhere is a short taxi ride away , however it adds up to approximately an extra €100 to your budget . (approx €5 / trip) / week

The reception guy was super friendly. Check-in was fast. Room was clean and comfortable. I liked that from the room we had direct access to the pool area. Location is very quiet.

Convenient and pratical

Nice location, excellent staff, very clean, quiet and comfortable. We've been at Koala more than 5 times. We really like there. Nice neighbourhood, easy access to many places. 30min walking to Meloneras beach. We love exercise, so its a perfect place.

They don't keep request rooms. I've booked a self kettering flat and requested 1st floor ( flat on top) but all was taken when I've arrived and they move us to one flat on ground floor. At least they had charged less.

We love it here and will definitely return for a third time at some point in the future

We’ve stayed here before but last time in the all inclusive part, this isn’t all inclusive (although you can pay extra if you wish to go in the all inclusive) and we found it much quieter, which is what we wanted. Our apartment was on the ground floor and lead on to a private patio which had a table and chairs, and then on to the poolside area where there were sun loungers to lie on. So certainly everything you need if you like relaxing by the pool. The apartments are very well maintained and are serviced five days per week. They are perfectly located for the local mini supermarket, fast food takeaway and the Holiday World centre. There’s a taxi rank right outside the main entrance and it’s a two minute walk for the free bus that operates daily to Maspalomas, and a five minute walk for all other buses that’ll take you all over the island

As an adult married couple we’re used to a double bed, here we had two singles which were pushed together but with the slightest movement would push apart so you could find yourself falling out of bed and getting squashed in between the two beds, so not very good. There’s no actual oven in the property which of course we’re used to at home, and with the rise in the use of air fryers this would be an excellent addition for the kitchens and of course would instantly broaden the horizons in what you could cook. A barbecue we enjoy too but there’s no facility for this either. We stayed for three weeks so it would’ve made all the difference to have a bit more versatility in cooking means.

Staff unfriendly when I checked in. Was told we got no use of koala facilties when staying at apartments. This should be more apparent when booking.

Great but a bit pricy for what it turned out to be.

The pools, balcony.

Very few switches. For example, I couldn't enjoy Wi-Fi and watch TV at the same time.

cute bungalow next to a nice heated pool ❤️

omg, the pool was amazing, warm enough to swim and if you take a ground floor flat you can just step out of your door in the garden to the pool, it’s so lovely. bathroom was nice, and kitchen and little living room as well, got a vault for free as well, I like the location cause it’s a bit further from everything which was more peaceful. little spar supermarket around the corner for groceries. super friendly cleaning staff, very clean..

for me the mattress was too hard and uncomfortable but I have a pain condition , I asked the property upfront and didn’t get the right answer to this and had to wait a long time for it :( I wish booking.com had a mattress selection. I was lucky to be able to take the softer mattress of the sofa on the bed so it was less painful to sleep. it would be nice if hotels would take questions related to mattresses a bit more serious.. the flats are also a bit noisy so depends on your neighbors. I was lucky to only have one night of drunk people entering, waking me up. the other days were smooth. the pressure on the hot water in the shower is very low. but for me the pool and view just made up for all of it.

Not sure if I would stay here again or not...

The location near the park and the swimming pool (although very cold) and the outdoor seating and terrace. Liked the park opposite and the proximity of a Spar shop.

No door on the bedroom and no warning of this - a problem when I travelled with a male friend. Kitchen was so small and nowhere to put anything. Bathroom needed urgent updating.

Very comfortable place to stay - was happy with it.

Comfortable and spacious apartment - clean and tidy. Amenities nearby and short taxi ride to the beach. Good value for money.

Loud,full of drunk/fighting Germans, 3 nights in a row impossible to sleep.Nothing was done about it

Came in to check in, mid-process was interrupted by a guest who wanted to order a taxi and then started asking questions about car rental while I was just waiting on the side to pick up my keys. Priorities?

The apartment was ok. The balcony was nice. The view to the pool was ok.

The billiard table was very old and sandy. The apartments were quite old. The location is a bit distant but taxi is cheap.

Great venue

For its age the complex is spotless and well kept. The apartment is well appointed with everything you could need. Very spacious. Pillows and mattress are good. Terraces outside are open but fairly private

The pool was clean but too cold to use.

Good apartments ideal if u want to stay on site, a small spar shop nearby but thats about it

Enjoyed the apartments, good air con, comfy beds nice outside areas, good pool area

Main hotel was shut therefore some facilities missing
