Its good to stay in a hotel where you get what you expected. The airport shuttle was very useful. The meals we had in the restaurant were a little expensive however very good. Best bath towels we came across out of all of the properties we stayed at across Spain.

The large room size and the double beds in our room.

That it was mainly a hotel for business people and there was only a terrace for recreation. It was close to the airport overlooking a crowded highway, it was noisy when we sat on the terrace to eat dinner.

All was excellent

Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations and left a lasting impression. The hotel reception staff were not only attentive but also genuinely warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast at the hotel was equally impressive. The variety, quality, attentive service, and a pleasant ambiance made it a great way to start the day. The location is also good with a bus stop nearby which can connect you to the city center. It’s also convenient that they provide shuttle service to and from the airport.

My room in particular did not like the shower being transparent and far into the room with beds. No one felt comfortable taking a shower in front of family.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Really enjoyed the breakfast!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The pillows really were ... super soft and fluffy !! Really comfortable bed ! Good working area/s. We ate at the restaurant downstairs - we all had the 'sirloin' steak. We all agreed it was the best steak we had had in our week in Spain. Described as sirloin - looked more like fillet to us - but either way, it was delicious ! Lovely staff - everyone was pleasant and cheerful !

Is close to the airport and the rooms are very comfortable

The recepción área does not reflect the same tidiness as the rooms. It does not give a good impression.

Nice rooms

Highway and bar was incredibly noisy. Got very little sleep. Music Didn’t stop until late into the morning. Instant Coffee was horrible and they left more decaf than regular and downstairs wanted to charge 1.50 on

Xavier and the rest of the team were very polite and helpful. When we got stuck in the middle of Madrid for 3hr from 9-12pm due to 5 different Uber kids driver cancelling at the last minute after make us wait 20 minutes to get to Uber suggested pick up location, the hotel staff organised a taxi to bring us back with all the appropriate requirement ….great service

Good airport hotel with paid shuttle service.

Our first time on Madrid. The room was very clean, the staff were excellent and accommodating. We really liked the outdoor seating area where we could unwind after a long flight.
