The Location and the staff were very good
* Bathroom would have been cleaner
* phone in the room was not working there was no intercom service although we complained they could not fix it till we checked out

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is what we really liked the most. The breakfast and dinner food was first class!
Not being able to use the beach for a beach resort hotel is misleading and can cause real frustration with customers.

Rooms were clean and spacious enough for all. The beds were so comfortable.
Food was okay. Breakfast Egg Hoppers were delicious. Worth the wait in line for some time.
Front office staff were very supportive at the check in process.
There was a party held until 11.30 pm near the pool and loud sound was so annoying.
We went on a weekend, and too much Crowed and buffet time was like a war. Couldn't find a table to sit with family peacefully
The beach area was not clean and felt not safe for children
Pool was crowded and no space; jammed like hell
Weddings and parties were everywhere, and nto found any peaceful place to relax outside

Bathroom was flooding and receptionis was not interested in coordinate to fix it.
