Amazing location right on the Shala river with beautifully views surrounding the property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and more than we were expecting. They had their own sunbeds which were free to use if available.
It is essentially a hostel rather than a hotel and is quite expensive but you are paying for the location which is perfect to explore the Shala river. This property was one of the most expensive we booked in Albania and we stayed in 7 different properties during our trip. The beds were bunkbeds and the bathrooms are shared but are very clean.

great location, lovely clean room
We had booked for 2 nights. Upon arrival we were told our room was not ready yet. We had a coffee at the bar and were then told the room was ready. We did not get up straight away and were then told that we would not be able to stay as there was a problem with the bathroom. We were then told that there were no other rooms available at the property or along the whole river but that they would find somewhere else for us and not charge us extra. I was very frustrated at this comment as really they should have given us our money back for that night. We were told we would stay at a comparable location down at Komani lake and were even shown photos and given a name. We were then dropped off at 9pm at a completely different place that was not all comparable and had an awful night. This change in accommodation had not been communicated. The next day we did stay at Eagles Land and had. a nice room but this first part did ruin the experience.
