We paid around £40 which was good for being in the centre. The room was good, clean and tidy. Location was excellent and the staff were friendly.
Could've done with a bar/communal area to go whilst waiting for friends getting ready. All in all, it was a good value booking. There were bars around the hotel but would be nice to have a small bar area within the hotel.

Staff pleasant and very helpful, nice room.
The breakfast really lets this hotel down, having been sent to the pub next door, which was unsatisfactory, no choice of menu, no fruit juice and no choice of coffee, the breakfast was terrible, the pub on our second visit was very rowdy for, shots and beer were being served at 10.00 am in the morning, not what you want on a morning - we have complained to the management of the hotel, and we also discovered that some other guests have also complained as well. We have asked for our money back for the third breakfast, as we were not prepared to have this treatment and we went to Weatherspoons, which is just opposite the hotel.
