Great location with friendliest staff.

Our room with a view was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including thoughtful extras such as an iron and ironing board. The bed was comfortable, and the room provided a relaxing retreat after busy days exploring the city. We ate in the hotel bar on a couple of occasions and were impressed by both the service and the food. Service was prompt and friendly, and the portions were generous without compromising on quality. Parking is conveniently located directly at the hotel, making arrival and departure very easy, particularly if you have luggage. It's worth noting that parking costs £20 per day (a useful benefit is that guests may leave their car in the car park until 3 pm on the day of departure, despite checkout being at 11 am). There are less expensive parking options in the city centre, but these may be less convenient if you do not want to carry luggage through town. The hotel's location is one of its greatest strengths. Situated right by the waterfront, it is ideally placed for Liverpool's harbour, museums and other historical and cultural attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. A comfortable hotel, excellent staff, great location and very good service make this an easy recommendation for anyone visiting Liverpool.
