Great stay. Can't fault it really. Great service, comfy bed. Good location. Would recommend
Nothing really. Could've done with more than one key but no a problem

It's close to the restaurants, bars, shopping center and walking distance to the Lime Liverpool train station. The staff was so kind and accomodating when we checked in and when we requested the room to be cleaned right away on our second day. The property and room was clean and the bed was so soft and comfortable. We had a good night sleep although it was noisy downstairs in the bar. They provided also coffee and teas and water heater in the room but no fridge though. We also love that there is an electric fan provided coz it can still get hot in the night during these days.
There was no lift, you have to climb a bit of stairs with your luggage. There are no table in the toilet or anything where you can put your toiletres and hang your clothes. Also, the noise downstairs in the bar, it's disturbing if you are a light sleeper, but for us it was okay. I just put on my noise cancelling airpods.

Nice big clean cool room, comfortable large bed, a good sized bath and kettle with tea & coffee provided. Good location.
Very very noisy, pub underneath even using the provided earplugs could still feel the bass vibrate. When the music stopped still very noisy outside which finally quietened in the early hours to then be woken by the bottle bins being emptied.
