Great location, friendly staff.
Good vegan burger and IPA beer
Second floor room was hot in September so window was left open but a lot of traffic noise even with ear plugs
50p for oat milk in addition to the price of a cup of tea,really! Price discrimination against lactose intolerant and vegan.

The room was good.
Not having condiments like tea or coffee in room, prices were too high, like for breakfast and any meals, no lift access to rooms on top floor, not disable friendly at all.
