Sehr schöne Stadtvilla

Wunderschöne Stadtvilla. Waren mit dem Auto da und die Entfernung zur Innenstadt ging sehr gut und konnte trotz Verkehrsaufkommen gut gemeistert werden. Es gibt gratis Parkplätze hinter dem Haus und einen Park direkt hinter dem Haus.

Am Wochenende ist der Park bei Jugendlichen beliebt, daher kann es hier etwas lauter sein.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gute Lage direkt am Park und in der Nähe vom Blauer Wunder, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal

Straßenbahn fuhr wegen Bauarbeiten nur in einer Richtung, Frühstück mit 17,50 pro Tag und Person etwas teuer

Great stay in comfortable hotel

We liked the location which is about three miles outside the city centre in an attractive, peaceful residential area. There are walks through the nearby woods and it's also close to the river Elbe and the Blue Wonder Bridge. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel which takes you straight into town, or alternatively to the Neustadt Bahnhof. We had a good sized bedroom with a sofa, table, an adjoining kitchen and eating area, a good sized bathroom with separate bath and shower, and a walk-in clothes cupboard. The kitchen area was small but well equipped. It was all very clean. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant. The hotel washed a laundry bag of clothes for us for 10 Euros. We didn't see much of the staff, so can't comment decisively on them. Overall our four night stay was pretty good value for money.

Nothing really, other than a misunderstanding, as we were leaving about whether or not we had paid in advance.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful town

Wonderful villa in very quiet area. Amazing breakfast in relaxing environment, great variety of food in the morning. The room was spacious and had all the needed amenities for an apart hotel. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Tram stop right in front of the villa (tram no. 12 - direct to the center in 23 min.). Good parking.

There’s a kindergarten on the right side of the property. Rooms on this side can be noisy during the day, but only during the children’s recess.

Nice locality next to park drowned in green trees. You can take bike or cruiser and take a fine ride to the center or others nice places. Fine pleasure was sitting on the terrace and enjoying evening with friends

I have nothing to complain. Maybe ground rooms are a little bit dark. As long as you need perfect rooms, choose 1st or 2nd floor rooms

Beautiful Property with a very helpful staff

The entire property was beautiful. The breakfast was brightly lit by a wall of windows onto the large deck. The breakfast selections were good and since my wife has gluten and dairy allergies they provided her with gluten free rolls and offered to cook eggs for her separate from the large serving bowl of scrambled eggs. The apartment we had was large with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen with dining table. It was about a 12 to 15 minute walk to festive bier gartens and eateries at the bridge and we discovered the gate out back to take the trail through the park. We had a few language barriers but the entire staff was eager to help and we managed to communicate through it all.

Parking can be very challenging.You need a good gps to get here as routes on surface streets can be very circuitous.

perfect stay in Dresden

The "Apartment" we stayed in was very spacious: a full kitchen incl. dishwasher, large bathroom, a cozy bedroom and a living room. Nice staff, delicious breakfast. Easy to reach by public transport (tram stop right in front of hotel). Enjoyed staying here very much.

Great location close to city center (50 min walk, 10 min ride). Opposite the villa there is a tram stop. In apartment there was everything you need. Private parking is a big advantage

Value what we paid was the expectation of a superb stay. Location close to city using car 10min drive nearby is public transport connection to the centre, tram beside villa. 10min walk to the river with fantastic views. The food store is 5min drive from the villa. Villa was clean and warm, like a house atmosphere, with everything included for stay long-term stay family with kids. Child table in kitchen, sleeping bed in the bedroom. Hygiene is on high top, everything that was needed for us. Our room, was the superb kitchen, with a double bedroom and double bed. Living room with an expendable bed. all floors are heated, and thermostats are easy to use. There was much more included to our room, but we wasn't needed for use. Free large parking to stay and friendly for electrochargable cars.

Overrated

Pleasant staff. Nice district. Good tram connection. Away from city noise. Rapid check-in and check-out.

No one answered my several phone calls (at least 6 times) on the day of check-in. The room was not clean enough. Insects (silverfish and spider), hair in the bathroom, carpet not vacuumed well. WiFi-Signal weak and even when connected, no internet. Heater war not working the first night and it was really cold inside.

Overall our overnight stay was nice.

We enjoyed the overall look and cleanliness. The location was also nice and the staff was kind.

We were given a room which had a small window and faced the side where the trams were running. It was a shame as the picture of the reserved room I received was different.

Cozy and nice, WIFI needs improvement.

The room is nice and cozy! Very homey! There are sufficient supplies and utensils for a cozy stay. Location is great and the neighborhood is beautiful!

The internet connection is the biggest challenge. I barely get connectable WIFI

Authentic place with it's own charm

Very nice location in the quiet neighborhood close to the big park. Fancy villa building and birds singing once one steps out. Good breakfast.

Beautiful, classic, spacious rooms close to the city center

We were there for four nights and could have stayed longer.

We especially requested an appartement with a bath but it wasn't available. However, after rejecting the first small room, we did get a larger and more beautiful room, so we did have a nice stay after all.
