Величезна квартира , затишно. Є пральна машина, то дуже зручно. Є весь посуд , багато рушників. Є паркінг
Вузький вʼїзд в двір, у нас машина була широка, то ми трохи по нервували . Був запах хімії, після прибирання провітрювали.

Frühstück selbst gemacht logischer Weise. Die Lage war gut. Nur paar Minuten Fußweg zum Bäcker, Biergarten, REWE, Straßenbahn, Parkmöglichkeit
Mit Parken muss man etwas Glück haben, um unweit stehen zu können. Im ca. 12 Minuten Fußweg entfernten Parkhaus war bei uns immer was frei. Aus- und einladen geht zur Not auf dem Hof des Gebäudekomplexes. Der äußere Eindruck der Altstadtgebäude täuscht über die TOP restaurierten geräumigen Wohnungen hinweg.

Was prima! Je moest door een poortje, versierd met graffiti van goed niveau! Maar dat past bij de levendige buurt!

I loved the location of this apartment, in the heart of Neustadt, close to Kunsthofpassage and bars and restaurants.
The apartment facilities and furniture were not as new and modern as we thought looking at the photos online. Still, it is spacious and bright and it provided a comfortable stay.
The bathroom, in particular the bathtub, could use some renovation. The apartment is located on the ground floor, facing the street, and on 1 evening / night it was very loud due to parties outside, so it was difficult to sleep. The second night of our stay it was quiet.
