Reception very efficient and helpful, location was brilliant for the Altstadt and not too far to Hauptbahnhof
Room was clean and modern and well soundproofed, I overlooked the street and there were no issues with noise

I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! The staff was phenomenal, kind, and super helpful, the breakfast was exactly what we needed each morning, fresh & all you can eat, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was in walking distance to everything we needed.

The location was convenient, and the available facilities were satisfactory.
The room was poorly cleaned, and the outdated TV offered only German-language channels. Despite plenty of available parking spaces, the receptionist claimed everything was fully booked, even though I had previously asked about reserving a space and was told reservations were not possible. Additionally upon entering the room, I found the window fully open, allowing numerous insects to enter, which negatively affected the overall experience. The hotel is overpriced for the quality and service provided.
