The room was big for one person and very clean. The host was kind enough to let me drop off my luggage before check-in.
One note: the host may not be very responsive initially, but will get back to you as it gets closer to your stay and when an immediate response is needed.
Location-wise, the tram stop is literally right outside the house, which is super convenient.
The main downside is noise — you can hear the traffic and the tram right outside. I could also hear people walking upstairs on the first night. It was fine for me after that with earplugs and windows closed.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit einer ganz lieben Vermieterin. Das Zimmer war für 3 Leute sehr großzügig, Parkplatz direkt am Haus und Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Räder. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück. Die Lage war toll, direkt am Elberadweg und nur paar Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt.
Wie in den anderen Bewertungen schon oft geschrieben, liegt das Haus direkt an der Straße… uns persönlich hat es aber überhaupt nicht gestört.

Unkomplizierte Zimmerübernahme. Gute Lage. Sehr sauber! Im Vorraum Kühlschrank und Teeangebot. Sehr nette Putzfrau.
Das Bett leider stark durchgelegen, auf beiden Seiten, Kissen waren innen klumpig. Licht viel zu dunkel.
Im Bad ebenfalls zu wenig Licht. Duschabtrennung ging nicht komplett zu. Zwei kleine Handtücher, die leider nur noch als Putzlappen dienen sollten.
