The room was nice, clean, comfortable and very quiet in the night which I really liked. The receptionists were nice and helpful.

Nice room facing onto the side street. Good shower. Decent breakfast. Good location for trams into the centre.
The lighting in the room was terrible. It was gloomy in the room and impossible to read. There was only one mirror - in the bathroom - and my face was in complete shadow.

Easy check in, very friendly staff
Very uncomfortable bed, and very poor noise insulation - the mattress was hard as stone and there was constant noise from floors creaking, adjacent rooms and door slamming. Basically no noise insulation at all.

The room was large and clean. There was breakfast. The bathroom was good.
No aircon, it was unbearably hot. It was also in an area that just didn’t feel very safe. We moved after one night. With aircon, this would have been ok. We stayed in a central Ibis with aircon for less than this hotel. It is insane to have no aircon!
