Very comfortable. The man at the desk was so helpful and accommodating. Even refilled the hot tub for us as the water was too hot.

The modern rooms, the ice cream including the edible spoons, the location, the views, the animals (horses, cows, and friendly dogs).
We were quoted one price for breakfast and charged another. If you book through Booking.com breakfast is not included.

Great location and amazing ice cream.
Rooms were okay- nothing special. Service pretty much nonexistent. Ie ring a bell at reception if u need to check in. Breakfast was pretty standard fare - but more expensive then others hotels, only one hot tub on entire property.
