We had 6 rooms booked for our large whanau and the holiday park had everything to cater all our needs. Large communal bbq and kitchen area so we could eat together, a games room/bouncy castle/play ground for our babies and kids, go carts so we could have races around the park and a heated pool. The cabins were perfect for our larger families of 6 and units for our couples with 1 baby. The best part of the accomodation is definitely the aroha we recieved from the park managers Henare and Jack. The support, time and care they showed our whanau is a level beyond any hospitality experienced. If you are travelling to Rotorua our whanau would highly recommend All Season Holiday Park.

Great camp ground for families with lots for kids to do, which makes a huge difference for family trips. Really loved the heated swimming pool and spa.
The supplies in the cabins could do with a bit more thought. Ie, better sized coffee mugs, a chopping board, a decently sharp knife, and a pair of scissors would have made quite a difference. Particularly given these things mostly weren’t available in the shared kitchen.

The pool was very clean ,with an amazing spa for adults. local trips were very accessible by bus or car. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. very basic but a great base to see around Rotorua on a budget.
Wifi would come and go but wasn't a big issue.
