Superb

Location on the crater was fun. Meals were exceptional. Nice stay.

The hotel was not remotely located as I was lead to believe. I was hoping for remote hard to reach oasis in the desert. Buildings of small block of rooms were far apart hard to check in/ check out with out the use of the complimentary golf car shuttle service. Parking lot limited in capacity, and far removed from the rooms!

Very happy with it - an unusual, great experience

Unbelievable view. Incredibly well appointed room

Perhaps a bit expensive for a perch in the desert without major facilities on property. Check out took too long. They need a better system

My stay exceeded my expectations.

It was perfection and we got rooms right next to each other like I asked for with a partial view of the crater which was a total surprise and the rooms were in the most convenient location. The food was outstanding. The staff are the best and the managers always asked how you were enjoying the resort. This resort is on point with service from all of the staff. Already planing to come back. It's a must if you come to Israel.

There was nothing I didn't like it was perfect.

Could be exceptionnal but....

Hotel with exceptional potential. Probably the only one of this level in Israel. But big problem with the staff at the reception. They answer no to all requests and create problems for nothing. In a hotel of this standing, it's really a shame. It ruins everything. After complaining to the PR, she apologizes and offers us a small perfume diffuser. It's light in the face of a stay that was supposed to be exceptional and spoiled by a staff. The management of the hotel should take inspiration from the practices in other 5 stars hotels. Normally, when a problem occurs, they are suppose to offer a substantial reduction in the event of default. Not a scented candle... The reception has to be completely reviewed. The rest of the hotel, including the restaurant, is exceptional

View - exceptional, good service

Breakfast on Saturday wasn't good, no specials, no normal coffee(no cappuccino, simple coffee that wasn't warm enough). Ants in hands basin in the room.

Third time returning - cannot wait until the next time

View is breathtaking. Food is exceptional and all round a very relaxing environment.

Would be nice if they could mask the view to the road and shops opposite at the back of the property.

I’m disappointed from my experience; altogether it was poor return for a very high price.

magnificent location; very beautiful room and restaurant.

The room equipments were not always working (coffee machine) or missing (bottle opener); check-in was too long and unwelcoming; diner served at the restaurant was poorly cooked and the dining room was exceptionally noisy.

Very good

Breakfast and dinner are really amazing. The facilities are nice and neatly arranged. Unfortunately the standards of service regarding room service and the cleanliness of the rooms ( closets and fridge were dirty) I would NOT expect in a 5 star hotel.

A lovely 2 night stay

Food was beautifully presented and plentiful. Setting wonderful. Staff were so helpful and friendly especially at dinner.

good location , amazing staff, good food

way, way too expensive - at 820$ per night ( breakfast included ) you could spend it almost in any location worldwide for two nights

We felt like we came to the modern Gan Eden. The rooms are not cheap, but it is justified.

The waitress , Ofri (if i'm not wrong) was super nice and helpful and it really made us feel welcome. The lady in spa - Noa - masseuse - did an amazing job. The premises were clean and lovely. The property design is amazing. Bell boys were helpful too. We felt safe and taken care of. We were taken care of and at the same time nobody bothered us - we felt like at home, a very special feeling.

The charges for drinks - maybe the first drink should be included in the price of dinner and the following - at a charge. Other than that - everything was amazing!
