The place and the room were nice and clean .it was quiet and nice people in the reception and the housekeeping.
The connection with the beach was a little bit difficult. No chairs and far away from the reception without any transportation for the old people.

The room was very comfortable especially the bed! We loved the espresso machine! We paid extra for dinner and it was worth it! And the breakfast was really good too! The saunas were nice too! We really like the samples they left us of spa body lotions!
The hallways smelled a little! And the pool was very crowded with women with hardly any clothing on their backsides!!! So we didn’t swim! The parking was a mess! Thankfully we ended up with a good spot in the extra parking area up front. We did not move our car until we left!

Perfect location on the Dead Sea with great spa facilities (sauna, Hammam, salt water pool). Had water and juice in the lobby which we appreciated. Comfortable beds, rooms were very clean.
Wish the pool was open later!
A bit more variety in the buffet would be good.
