Apartment was functional and had everything you need

Our host has been very nice, friendly and helpful. Even if we do not speak Croatian and our host did not speak English, Italian or French, with a mix of everything we still managed to understand ourselves so this has not really been an issue.

The apartment was excellent with an awesome Balcony that gave you a view of the Adriatic Sea (Just hahahaha). Seriously it was great to sit on the balcony and have coffee, food and just relax in Croatia. Definitely it makes the room awesome! The family was exceptionally friendly and proactive to give insights about the local area, restaurants and things to do, they really gave a warm welcome and left a welcome drink for you.
The shared refrigerator, although it was divided and every room had their own box it would be nice to have a small fridge in each room, I think there is space in each room. That being said we did use the shared fridge and it served our needs.

The owner was very friendly and polite but the person who was making a reservation did not want to sent a bill for us something like ,,computer is broken”. We booked the room two months in advance, but on the day of reservation they cancelled reservation with the excuse that they cannot give a room at the booked price, which is twice as expensive. We did not have enough time to find something else on the same day, so Booking.com wanted to help us and refund the difference, however we have not received an invoice from them. To sum up, no matter how nice the accommodation is and taking into account the pleasantness of aunt Anika, we have very disappointing impressions. We think that they should be more careful about who submits them through informal networks because the woman who works for them did not want to help us in the end and also canceled the initial reservation on the day we were supposed to arrive.
