La ubicación es excelente, el departamento confortable, con mucho espacio para moverse y disfrutarlo. Para sentirse en ROMA!

La instalación eléctrica, posiblemente...porque la pava electrica funcionó a veces, el horno tampoco estaba activo y la calefacción no se sabía como regularla. Las cañerias de desgue del baño de la habitacion principal estaba tapado y era imposible usarlo convenientemente. Ademas faltaban elementos de limpieza para baño y cocina . En una estancia larga, sería indispensable contar con eso. Además las respuestas luego del check in, nunca llegaron y eso es lo que apena , porque es un hermoso lugar pero necesitaría más respuesta de su gestor.

The location of this property cannot be more ideal, everything is so close by: Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps. There is a taxi stand right in front, and LaEsse grocery store right next to it. It made our trip to Rome to have everything so close by.

Pubic hair on the filthy bathroom floor, shower didn’t drain so it flooded. Very sparsely equipped kitchen (no heating pads) Ran out of toilet paper early in the trip. But if you are going to Rome, I still recommend it, and would stay again due to the location. They’d be such simple fixes, I saw this stuff in other reviews and still booked it because of the location and the beds are nice and huge.

The location was fantastic! Nice living room and dining area (if slightly rennovated) the master bedroom was huge and the bathroom looked nice (from the master bedroom)

The place has the potential to be a really nice place, however, the place was far from clean enough. The bathrooms were unclean, bedding was unwashed with hair and even blood left on the bedding. The bedding provided was two sheets with a yellow stained duvet sandwiched in between (this was the case in all bedrooms and we all complained about the hygine). It was a constant effort to try and not make contact with the duvet while sleeping in order to maintain hygiene. Around the toilet had urine stains present and in one of the bathrooms, the bidet was not working due to a large amount of rust build up. The beds were slanted at an angle which made your feet slightly higher than your head and seemed unstable. The plumbing was inadequate with sinks backing up in all bathrooms and random noises coming from the plumbing system all night which made the master bedroom's bathroom be known as the "sailboat". The shower in the master bedroom also had a leak. The staff were nice on the face of it which was appreciated but there is clearly some level of laziness present which prevented them from preparing the property to an acceptable standard. Cleanliness is an absolute bare minimum when it comes to accommodation no matter where you go in the world. This apartment was the worst I have stayed in worldwide in regards to this, especially considering the price paid. Secondly, the first half of the apartment (before the kitchen) seemed to be different to the second. The first half seemed neglected and needed renovation. The first bedroom had a double bed which only left room for a suitcase in between the door and bed, this should've been a single room, really. With renovation and a good and regular clean of all beddings after every customer and this place would be a lovely place.
