Seven Seas Hotel Patong Beach

The Seven Seas hotel is not new, some doors creak, the bathroom need renovation.... but anyway, the atmosphere is great, the Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and served from 8am to 10am. The on-site restaurant offers very tasty Thai and Western food at very reasonable prices. A well-equipped and air-conditioned room with a balcony makes you feel like you are at home. The quiet area makes a good night's sleep. The hotel provides daily clean beach and pool towels which is more than plus. Before you enter the hotel terrace, you will find a tap where you can clean the sand from your shoes if you have been to the beach. The small on-site pool is more than enough for refreshing after a few drinks in the hotel bar. If I visit Patong Beach again, Seven Seas Hotel will be my first choice. Thanks again to the friendly staff.

I was genuinely impressed. The value for money is excellent, and the breakfast has exactly what you need — nothing too much, nothing too little. My room was very spacious, clean, and well equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, and satellite TV. What really stood out to me was the very strong water pressure, which is not something you usually find in Thailand. On top of that, the staff were consistently friendly, flexible, and genuinely helpful. I can recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

WLAN slow, No German SAT-TV

It is a very nice little hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Reception & catering staff are gems and go far and above to help. Breakfast is minimal, but it is included if you book 4 or more nights, Fresh fruits, cereals, cold meats, boiled eggs and toast are set up buffet style in the dinning area They will cook-to-order omelets/scrambled/poached/fried/ eggs. Coffee, chocolate or tea.. I loved the Iced coffee latte. As I had had a boating accident on my second full day, and was let out of hospital on the understanding of full bed rest for my stay duration, I had ample time to sample their menu to the full. They came up trumps. Plenty of variety, good size portions and nicely presented. The kitchen put together a finger buffet for me when my cousin came to visit me, I had not seen her since we were in our teens some 46 years ago. It was a special day for us, so that sharing of food added a lovely ambiance to the occasion. I can not express my gratitude to all the staff I encountered at Seven Seas - Such an attentive attitude just not found in the larger 'chain; hotels. They knocked my door a few times a day to check if I needed anything (I had bruised soft tissue around my lower vertebrates and it was excruciating to stand or walk) They brought my food into my room, even moving furniture around to bring the table close to my bed. They do not have a money change in the hotel, but the reception chap (Sorry I do not remember every ones names - I blame my lack of memory on the painkillers!!) was so kind, he ran down to the nearby Change Kiosk for me, even bringing the receipt back

The pool was really cold, but it is overshadowed by the surrounding buildings so does not get direct sun for any length of time during the day. However, it is a very pretty little pool and makes for some nice photos! I had no hot water in the shower for the duration of my stay.
