Our room was cleaned every day and water and coffee were left. The hotel has a good location and a beautiful garden.

The things we didn't like were: Inadequate attitude of the hotel owner. He had to pick us up from the airport, as it was included by them, he said it would cost us 1200 baht, we agreed and agreed when we landed and the agreed time, to write. He explained that he didn't want to pick us up because the flights are slow. Let me emphasize that this is the first time we are in Thailand alone. He wrote to us aggressively with !!! and said that he wouldn't bother with us and that we should look for a hotel and he would refund our money! I explained to him that I had paid everything and there was no way he wouldn't accommodate us, he agreed. He wrote to me in the most rude way that there was no Rose Royce to pick me up and that he was sending another car to pick me up. I didn't want a specific car or anything. We arrived there tired and with a lot of luggage, they refused to accommodate us, even though the hotel was empty. We waited patiently until 2pm and changed there and went sightseeing. Other people were quickly accommodated, but not us. They took a deposit of 1000 baht. They accommodated us on the 3rd floor without an elevator and without anyone helping us. There is no elevator, no good service, other families also confirmed it. The owner is smiling and inadequate! He talked loudly all day, listened to music and there was no peace. There are much better hotels in the area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, but thank you anyway. Consumables only small shampoos, shower gel and soaps, which are extremely insufficient. Our flights were canceled and he raised the price of the night, given that Booking was half off. Anna said that it was not possible through Booking. We changed the hotel to a great one and in an even nicer place. The price included a rich breakfast, half the price of this hotel, there was a washing machine for 500 baht, supplies, a toothbrush, toothpaste, ear buds, makeup, body cream. Everything and an elevator!

Location is excellent.

The hotel is old-could use some upkeep. The gentleman who checked me in was rude-swore a lot. The rest of the staff was pleasant enough.
