Spotless. Efficient. Room was great. Bed was lovely. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Shower was fabulous. The verandah on our specific room had sun loungers and a magnificent view of the mountains. Great for sunbathing. Quiet. Peaceful. Nice and cool in the mornings and evenings. 711 nearby. Great restaurant across the road. We had come from a five start hotel in Chiang Rai- this hotel was superior in our opinion. Just a more pleasant energy and truly beautiful people working there. Lovely swimming pool. Our third time in Pai. Our fourth will be here!
We had a hire car so it didn’t matter to us, as we also enjoy walking, but it is about a fifteen minute or so walk into the centre. But there is a shuttle bus service also available. They think of everything here.

Nice views!
Photos of the rooms definitely look way nicer than the room did in real life. I was disappointed because of the high price compared to what it had to offer.
Sink was broken and flooded the whole bathroom. Told the staff to fix but they only wiped the floor dry instead.
Unfortunately even though we booked a room for 2 people, we only got one key which was inconvenient.
Breakfast was very basic, so we always ate somewhere else.
