The location and surroundings of the hotel complex were great. The rooms we had were well maintained. The staff was friendly. Walk to the small and very nice and friendly city centre is doable but dark at night. We were the only guest there for 4 nights and it was a blast. Very nice size pool with direct view on the river ! Beautiful !
At our arrival the pool was very clean but 3 days in it started noticeably turning green ! The complex was beautiful but be aware of the fact that transport is a challenge if you do not like motorcycles. Lots of dogs, the once at the hotel weee very nice but in some areas you may feel worried. The rest of the hotel felt abandoned but that may be because of the rainy season up north.

Baan Krating Pai Resort is perfectly located with their large pool looking over the Pai river. 5 mins to walking street by scooter yet in quiet undeveloped area on edge of town. The staff are friendly and helpful in all times. I loved everything about my stay. Thank you so much. I’ll be back.

รีสอร์ทมีขนาดกว้างขวาง ที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย การเดินทางก็แสนจะง่าย รีสอร์ทติดแม่น้ำปาย Space ระหว่างบ้านพักแต่ละหลังกำลังดี ไม่ต้องกังวลว่าคนข้างห้องจะส่งเสียงดังรบกวน wifi อยู่ในระดับดีทีเดียว ส่วนทีวีน่าจะดีกว่านี้ถ้ารีสอร์ทสามารถจัดหากล่องทีวีแอนดรอยซึ่งปัจจุบันมีราคาถูกมาก จะช่วยได้มากในวันที่ฝนตกหรือวันที่เราเหนื่อยอยากพักอยู่ในห้อง สระว่ายน้ำมีขนาดใหญ่ ใหญ่เลย อยู่ที่ริมแม่น้ำปาย บรรยากาศดีมากแต่อาจจะต้องตัดต้นไม้บ้างเพื่อให้เห็นวิวแม่น้ำจะดีมาก พนักงานที่คอยต้อนรับรวมทั้งพนักงานในรีสอร์ทยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ทักทาย ใส่ใจเราเป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะคุณกรณ์ และ คุณแยม
แอบเห็นศาลาข้างสระน้ำซึ่งสวยมากน่าจะทำประโยชน์ได้มากกว่านี้ แต่ช่วงนี้อาจจะเป็นช่วงโลว์ซีซั่น บุคคลากรอาจจะไม่เพียงพอ ขอความกรุณาช่วยสอดส่องพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงหรือในบริเวณรีสอร์ทเองอย่าให้มีการเผาขยะใบไม้ ควรนำไปทำปุ๋ยจะดีกว่า เพราะว่าทำลายอากาศเป็นอย่างมาก

Shower barely heats up and room was so cold at night time, I also paid extra for a larger cabin and got given the smaller option
