The staff was very kind and helpful!!
You couldn't see outside, from the room i stayed in and it was claustrophobic.Also there wasn't a a balcony.

Pros: very clean, good location, breakfast included. Check-out at 12:30.
Cons: the lux room did not meet this level. There was a large bathtub in the room, but no bathrobe to comfortably get out of it. The room was chilly and smelled damp, probably from the curtain around the tub. The toilet door didn’t lock. Another door between the entrance and the bedroom also didn’t close properly — I had to wedge it with a napkin because noise from the hallway was very audible. The air conditioner was old and worked poorly, and the furniture was also quite worn out. There was a large bug flying around the room — I understand it might have just been overlooked.
