Great location, hearty breakfast, efficient staff
We received a basic room. There wasn't any space to put our small suitcase. In addition, the door lock made sounds every couple of minutes, it kept me up at night. We complained and they immediately upgraded us to a bigger room. Staying there was a completely different (better) experience.

Great location, great pub. The view from the window on the 7th floor and above is stunning. The rooms are spacious, but completely empty. For example, in the deluxe room, they could have installed a bathtub instead of or in addition to the shower.
Everything else seems to be maintained, but all night long something was dripping, rattling, and humming. Very poor soundproofing.
When we entered the room, it was open and a worker was sitting on the bed, supposedly fixing something with tape beforehand, but in reality he was watching a video on his phone.
There was no complement water in the room with the summers with +35 heat. I needed to go to the cloning lady to ask for that.
Returning to soundproofing, you need to come up with and implement rules for guest behavior. Men with alcohol were running down the hallway until 1 a.m., and a group of girls were partying in the next room. At 3 or 4 a.m., another loud group of guests arrived. All these people should be having fun in appropriate places, not in the hallways, disturbing others. When I called reception, they told me they would try to do something about it, but the fun continued for another hour.
The price of one night included breakfast, which we unfortunately missed because the bus left at 5 a.m. I asked for a takeaway breakfast and received two pieces of bread, two pieces of sausage, one piece of cheese, some stale yogurt, and an apple. Seriously? For 130 euros a night, they could do better. I've been to hotels for 40 euros a night that had better breakfasts.
