Exceptional Stay at ZENTRUM Hotel

We loved our stay at ZENTRUM Hotel. The hotel's location is perfect, close to lots of local attractions. This made getting around super easy. The hotel was very clean. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, which was great. The hotel staff clearly cares about keeping things tidy. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and fresh food. It was a great way to start our day. The staff were friendly and helped us whenever we needed anything. They made our stay even better. In short, we had a great time at ZENTRUM Hotel. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Looking forward to our next visit.

One area where we noticed some room for growth is local knowledge. We found that the reception staff could have been better informed about the local attractions and cuisine. For instance, when we asked for recommendations for a traditional Moldovan restaurant, we were directed to a sushi place. While the suggestion was appreciated, we were hoping for something more authentically local, especially considering the array of amazing traditional restaurants nearby(like Taifas, La Placinte, etc.). We believe it would be beneficial for guests if the hotel management could provide more comprehensive training in this area. It would be wonderful if the staff could share more relevant local information and recommendations. This could make a significant difference in enhancing the overall guest experience. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and are confident that ZENTRUM Hotel will take these points into consideration for continuous improvement.

Great stay

Great studio nicely furnished and very practically equiped for a family or longer stays. Excellent cuisine and diversified breakfast. Perfect location for city center, yet calm and relaxing ambiance.

A Hotel Perfection in the center of Chisinau

We stayed for a week and liked literally everything about Zentrum Hotel. Super attentive, polite & caring staff (not just reception, but restaurant team, security and cleaning team), perfect location that is very central and convenient, delicious food in the restaurant, convenient parking and last but not least an excellent equipment, design and comfort of the apartment. I won’t exaggerate if I say that we fell in love with this place!

very clean, staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. breakfast was great, with every day being little different - great variety. very close to center and walking distance to any stores. washer was a perfect addition to the room and we used it quite a few times. loved all the art around the hotel. pictures of the property on booking.com ARE correct.

Happy to have stayed in Zentrum! I would pick it again for sure!

- I got an upgrade as soon as I arrived - Tasty breakfast with good options - Cosy rooms - Cleaningness - Service - Employees' willingless to help - Employees' smiley faces :-)

- Breakfast could have a bigger variety of desserts - Breakfast hall could be a bit bigger - Restaurant/bar could be open until later - My room was a bit dark - Next to my bed there was no side furniture to leave my phone, bottle of water, handerchief while sleeping

Best hotel i stayed in europe

Я люблю все...everyone knew english well and they were all smiling helpfull people. Hotel was at the center of all highlights. İt was wonderfull; had a safe park spot, room had everything from washing machine to plates...anything..and the breakfast was the greatest i had abroad...i thank everyone again you are the best

A literally perfect hotel for a great price. Easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life!

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. incredible staff and amazing rooms. The rooms are incredibly spacious and provide every amenity you could ever want or need. Fantastic value for your money with a great central, yet quite location in the city center. Amazing!

Very good hotel with excellent service

Very well kept hotel, comfortable, quiet, central, close to many restaurants. The service is very good. The people at the reception in particular were always very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I forgot sunglasses in the room. Tried to reach by internet the hotel after we signed out. Nobody answered.

All was great!

The personnel is amazing! They are so nice and friendly. When I mention smth to them, they will do everything to fix it. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Food is very tasty! My sleep was good - rooms are quiet and there were dark curtains :)

This week there was no hot water in Chisinau which caused a bit of issues, but it was not the fault of the hotel.

Very pleasant stay, I'd come back

The hotel has very nice amenities. Feels modern and spacious, though not crowded and calm. The breakfast is abundant and the breakfast area/restaurant is nice. The room is spacious and so is the bathroom. There was a small kitchen even though we have not used it. And a washing machine as well. It is close to the city center, but the street is quiet. The facade of the building is also nice and there are lovely flowers at the entrance. The staff is also very warm and welcoming. It was a short stay but I'm coming back soon.

The restaurant is expensive as it usually is in the hotels. The food tries to be fancy but is not delicious IMO. There was a strong smell in the room - I guess it was the substance for polishing the wooden furniture. I'd suggest using it less generously.

Very pleasant to stay in Zentrum Hotel

Could say this is best hotel and place to stay in Chișinău. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms are excellent clean and nice. Night time is quiet, good air conditioning in rooms. Breakfast is excellent, and also restaurant is very tasty, so you don’t need search place for dinner in a city. Nice parking place, very quiet and safe place. Excellent WiFi. Very pleasant to stay in Zentrum Hotel.
