Un bon moment très relaxant.

nadira la femme de ménage était exceptionnelle et aziz à la réception très souriant et accueillant, je recommande cet etablissement a tout le monde.

Cockroaches & stained towels

The choice at the dinner buffet was good and the quality was decent. Wait staff were pleasant once located.

Service at dinner was extremely slow, it was very difficult to get hold of staff to order drinks or ask for cutlery. We had finished our main course by the time we could order drinks. Check-in was a very strange experience with staff interrupting the process to talk to colleagues on several occasions throughout. The room was in really bad repair, the bath in particular was badly stained and just looked dirty. The white towels were also stained brown. We were only staying for a total of 6 hours, checking out at 2am for an early flight. Had we been staying longer, I'd have checked back out immediately. The highlight was finding a cockroach in the bathroom when we woke up at 1.30am.

In addition to the usual facilities for a Moroccan four star hotel, I would like to focus on the service staff. Females at the front desk are Guest oriented, approachable with good English language skills. Extensive breakfast at pleasant times. Friendly service staff in the restaurant. Room-Maid, Ms. Chahimi Bouchra very thorough, diligent and reliable.

Male front desk staff largely occupied with administrative tasks. Hardly any time for the guest. Maintenance backlog in the bathroom area not resolved despite notification.

The outside area was so beautiful. Staff were helpful and always available when needed. The cleaners cleaned our room daily.

No kettle, water, or tea bags are given in the room. Outside pools were cold even though we went when it was 28/30 degrees. The beds were not comfortable either. Madina wasn't near to hotel and taxis were not cheap. Also, they served the same breakfast dishes for our 7 day stay.

Pleasant stay in Marrakesh, indicated for Family (a lot of kids and family all around)

I like the big swimming pool inside the internal area. Water was really clean. Parking also was free and you will always find a place for your car. The position is perfect if you plan to don't visit the center but areas outside Marrakesh.

Nothing. Everyone tried to do their best and facilities also was pretty functional and working. Internet very slow but it looks like a common problems in the hotels in Morocco.

Very good

The hotel decoration was good and overall is a clean, and the rooms are fairly large, the same goes for the bathroom and the beds are very comfortable, in addition to the breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options.

The only thing was the WiFi not working at all and the rooms are not sound proof at all

Honestly, I hate writing bad reviews is not my thing, but this hotel turns my holiday, into a nightmare the only good things there is the generosity and the helpfulness of the security guards and the receptionists they were so friendly and the nice view of the swimming pool. The room picture we saw on the website are fraudulent they seem to be big and comfy, but the reality is totally the opposite, we asked to change the room and they gave us a room worse than the previous one. The doors needs the force to open up, the air conditioning is not working properly, room card keeps getting deactivated, the water heater is not effective. The shower tab is broken, soap bottle was empty,Beds too small and cramped, not very clean... The housekeeper interrupted our sleep at 10 am asking to clean the room, they have a really bad booking management the clients just barge into your room. Happened frequent times while being there to check in, we couldn't really rest and have a deep sleep. Finally, I just want to mention the parking is very small your car might get damaged from other parking cars, definelty doesn't deserve 4 stars DON'T GO THERE you deserve better.

This was my second and last visit. It was the worst hotel experience ever, highly discouraged. 1. no bath towels in the room, room phone did not indicate the front desk number. 2. no wifi in the room, I had to take my computer to the hotel lobby, but the network in the lobby was not even as good as 2G, and the text you see now is written on my own 4G. 2. I booked a double bed, but in reality there were only two small single beds. 3. air conditioning worked The air conditioning is not good and the water heater is not effective. 4. There is not even drinking water, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. Highly do not recommend anyone to come here, you deserve better.
