Excellent service 💯

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Kech boutique hotel in Marrakech and I cannot praise it enough. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, we felt welcomed and valued. The highlight of our stay was definitely the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food was simply exquisite, with a delightful fusion of Moroccan and international cuisine. Each dish was crafted with great attention to detail and presented beautifully. The staff at the restaurant were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the Kech boutique hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service and dining. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech. It's a true gem that combines top-notch service with an exceptional dining experience.

Horrible

Nothing really.

The food was horrible, the staff members barely smile or greet you and they all look very upset and angry all the time. The room cleaners didn’t clean the room properly, because there was still doo-doo I found on the side of the toilet that was there before I came.

Amazing stay and I look forward to my next trip

The room was extremely spacious , regularly cleaned . Breakfast was off a high standard,. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much triouble.

The location and the pool area. The staff was ok.

The room , the food and drinks. Deluxe room looks like a standard room. Very outdated and balcony is super dirty. The food wasn't tasty. Cocktails were bad.

We love this hotel and will be back again

The staff at the Kech Boutique are fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was large and comfortable and the pool was never overcrowded. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will return next year

A little extra parking at the front of the building would be great!

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, we were very happy to stay in this hotel. Service on top level. Rooms very good, food delicious. I liked this hotel very much.

the girl in reception her name is ihssan she’s very rude and she doesn’t have skills to talk to costumers and she is not smily …also they took money from booking and they ask us to pay when we come …the breakfast not to much nice also they don’t put water on the rooms

Great relaxing break.

it was lovely and relaxed and the bedrooms were easy to access.the bar was lovely.the music was great.it was quiet but the season was nearly over.the staff couldn’t do enough for us…they were amazing.in particular we loved the spa had two treatments which were the best we have ever had.

the towels were poor quality.the carpets were dirty and worn…basic bedrooms.

Room was perfect Room was cleaned everyday, however, bath soaps were not replaced everyday breakfast was ok however there needs to be variety

Staff should improve their English to cater to foreigners. Bath soaps were not replaced everyday the payment of the precautionary money is not ok. a person should pay when he/she wants

What a pity. The hotel probably has potential, but we did not see any of that.

Most of the personnel was friendly. One night receptionist did understand the urgency to find a solution after we had been awake for more than 2 nights.

We were given a very noisy room facing the boulevard, which was supposed to be an "upgrade". But, the airconditioning was not working, we could not really open the windows because there was a lot of loud traffic and other noise (also from another room close by where people decided to shout, play music, etc. till 3 in the morning). We were later on also told that "airconditioning was not working yet - at this point in the season", but most of the time temperature rose well above 30 degrees. On the other hand: what was freezing cold: the water of the swimming pool. Most people did not even go in.
