Decor needs a bit of a freshion up. Curtains sad. No couch to sit on. A microwave would be handy Floor boards give cold atmosphere Needs non slip mat in shower. TV needed setting.

The bed was comfortable, I could park my car right by the door, and the lady who was server for the restaurant (on a Sunday night) was friendly. The air-con worked well, and the lighting was good.

The check-in lady with the long, brunette ponytail was very unfriendly, and me checking in and asking a simple question felt like it was an inconvenience. She also said "buffet breakfast from ___am, down here at the restaurant." And I thought it was impressive that it's included, until I clarified if there was a charge, and only then did she say there was a charge. I had to google to find out it cost $25pp. I didn't do it, because that's a lot of money for a basic breakfast. Imagine if a family went down and didn't realise there was a charge. Also, the shower was in the main room, separated only by a short shower curtain. So if you're friends sharing a room, that would be awkward, but for me, being alone, it was fine. Except the water pressure was really poor and it was awkward getting in and out of the spa. The pizza from the motel restaurant was okay, but nothing special, and for $29, the pizza was pretty poor (and I got a 'Sunday surcharge' which I didn't know about beforehand either). No microwave in the rooms, either, which is unusual. No bowls or plates either, which is obviously to encourage you to buy meals from them.
