Good

Swimming pools were large and spacious. Dinner menu was quite affordable and the food was of good quality.

The children's play area was unsafe, and the equipment had many splinters. There were many slippery surfaces, and we slipped over many times, causing injury to us and our baby daughter. There was loud music playing on several nights due to private functions.

Lovely spot for a relaxing time

Lovely spot for relaxing but is a wee way away from my shops or anything if you wanted to buy anything or eat out. The pools were lovely and the restaurant had good food

It was friendly and sweet but the vehicle parking situation needs heavy improvement.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pools were always clean and beautiful. The outdoor area was stunning. And the massage gazebo being right by the ocean waves was lovely. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with many many options for everyone. The bartender at pool are so cool and fun.

Its extremely far away from all the good spots in mui ne. And, bike parking situation is not safe. The security men don’t really pay attention to the bikes. Especially at night. Bikes can be easily stolen if anyone tries because theres no gate around the hotel. People can walk from the street and take our bikes. Also, the hallways have strong echo and all sounds and noises are extra loud. So if you’re unlucky like us and people on your level are loud, it will be extra loud. The toilets by the pool are dirty. Especially the floor. The massage ladies are kinda lazy because my boyfriend got same massage next to me but i didnt get my feet touched at all, but he got foot massage. We has different massage experiences but my lady was kinda laZy i could tel

Wonderful, relaxing stay. Perfect layover between Japan and Europe to prevent jet lag.

Lovely place. Nice pools and cocktails. The beach was not always clean, but this is not the resorts' fault, just a general problem in the country I think.

Will come back!

We have been here before and this time coming back after two years, the services and the hospitality of the staff are very impressed us. Muine Bay is the best resort location with 2 big swimming pools and a private beach. Although it was really crowded at the check in and check out time, the staff did a good and proffessional work.

Excellent resort, great experience

Check-in easy and fast, with delicious welcoming drink. Room was excellent (ocean panorama). Toilet simply perfect, we loved the bathtub and the shower. Big terrace with amazing view. Bed super comfy and AC silent and perfectly working. Swimming pool area good despite it would have been even better if it has some roofing to protect consumers from the sun. Breakfast was great, vast choice and great service.

It would be great if they would provide bicycle or motorbike to rent because the resort is far from everything. The only way to go to the pharmacy, supermarket, cafés, shops is by taxi, which are possibly partially affiliated with the hotel itself. We do not smoke, and sometimes we were annoyed by smoking costumers in the restaurant area (people smoke while eating) and in the beach access (fag butts in the stairs). Some food were not that good (pizza is served with ketchup, and some dishes taste sweet when they are supposed to be savoury).

STAY HERE. AMAZING.

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Resort was huge and luxurious. Room was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the pool and sea. Resort was in a more remote location which we liked as it was very peaceful and quiet. Overall, we had an amazing stay! Best stay of our 3-week Vietnam trip.

Lovely beach resort

This is a beautiful, very large resort property right on the beach, we loved it! The room and bathroom were pristine and it had a cute little balcony. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had lots of options. We also enjoyed a dinner and a lunch at the property’s restaurant, both were great and reasonably priced. There are two pools on site with tons of lounge chairs. The beach is totally private and also had nice chairs and umbrellas, and the hotel provided separate beach/pool towels which was a nice touch. We walked into the town of Mui Ne several times, it’s about 25 mins with no sidewalk but the roads were fairly quiet and it’s a pleasant walk. It’s also easy to get a very cheap taxi into town and to see some of the sights like the sand dunes and the fishing village area. Overall it was the full beach resort experience!!

Everything was great!! My only small recommendation would be to add a table/chairs to the balconies.

Quality property with exceptional staff...

Exceptional friendly staff, quality food, nice pools and pool bar. Bungalow room was spacious, clean, with a huge bathroom.

Expected an outdoor shower from the photos but didn't have one, patio rocking canvas chairs difficult to get in and out of as well as being uncomfortable.

Beautiful and relaxing stay

Everything was perfect, from the room, the staff, the breakfast, the pools/beach, etc. Very convenient to have a shuttle to Phan Thiet twice a day. I’d definitely recommend the sea view room, beautiful !

Everything was perfect but if I had to say something, I’d say that the rooms have a bad noise insulation and tend to get noisy in the morning (specially with noisy neighbours like we had).

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

This a top location for relaxation, good food and a perfect getaway from the noisy vietnamese traffic. With a restaurant with delicious traditional food & lots of seafood options, a great staff, 2 pools, and direct access to the sea, Mui Ne Bay Resort is almost perfect. They helped us book a tour to the dunes. Also, in terms of services, my friends got their clothes washed, dried & in their rooms in 2 hours. Hahn Cafe's, the bus service from Ho Chi Mihn, offers rides to & pick-up from Mui Ne Bay Resort.

We got reservations in the cheaper rooms building, where some stuff seem old & not very well taken care of. The towels are over used, the pool towels smell funny & rotten. You can see the resort is out of its glory days. Even so, it seems almost perfect.

Great hideout and escape from the bustling city.

Everything is perfect as. It should be for a resort. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Exceptionally friendly staff. Nice quiet environment for relaxation. And its quite value for money.

The staff is delicate, the best resort in town.

Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The staff is very attentive and service-minded.

The location is remote, there are no convenience stores around, and it is a bit far from downtown.
