It's a very convenient guesthouse if you decide to stop in Mui Ne for a few days. The room is new, neat, spacious and very clean. There is ample space for parking, and breakfast is good. The family running the guesthouse is very attentive and friendly.

Mon séjour à kiwi´s a été plus que parfait. La chambre était super propre, hyper bien équipée, spacieuse, un rapport qualité / prix exceptionnel La famille qui s’occupe de cet hôtel et juste sublime Tãm m’a fait visiter la ville et partager les meilleurs adresses de Mui-Ne . J’ai adoré mon séjour là-bas, je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci pour tout Tãm t’es le meilleur!

The room itself was nice, nice bathroom, good a/c
A few things:
1. The dogs. I love dogs, but some of the dogs around and in the property seem really aggressive. Some growl when you’re walking by. I was never bit or anything, but still not very welcoming.
2. I was never given a tour or explanation of what is offered at the homestay. It appeared there was a cafe/restaurant on site, but I didn’t see anything open. Not a huge deal but strange.
3. My last night there, I got locked out of the front gate in the alley. I came back around 1:30 AM, which I know is late, but was never informed about a curfew (there is none listed on booking, and none shown in the house rules). I called the WhatsApp number listed on the gate, and they promptly opened it, but this could have led to a very long and uncomfortable night had they not woken up.
