The well kept resort. In general the staff were very helpful and friendly especially Thanh on Reception. And the buffet breakfasts were superb, although a few dishes were only luke warm. But a lot were hot thankfully.
Problems at check in which took about 1.5 hours out of my 2 day stay. Portions of food quite small in a la carte restaurant.

Near the red sand dune, Peaceful away from town. They have shuttle to the town but set time at 9:30pm to come back to the hotel so if you want to come back early after dinner, you will have to take a taxi back.
We had 3 incidents at this Hotel - 1) Room - has electrical problem we have to stay at till 2am, AC did not work well so very hot in the room, request to transfer room staff hesitate to accommodate the request until I have to raise voice with them that the room is unacceptable. 2) Request a bucket of Ice, staff stated that they can only give 2 glasses of ice so we have to keep calling every 5 mins 3) We had some trash to throw away. We asked a staff to where we can throw away the trash. Staff said to go look for a trash can around the facility to throw away in rude tone. We said the trash can is full of water as it rain the night before. She gives attitude and reluctantly take the bag with her. I told my family next time just throw the trash bag there in the middle of this luxury hotel and let them deal with it.
