Reception staff were excellent, very helpful throughout our stay. The food in both the restaurant and cafe was very nice. My mother had dietary requirements and the chef was so kind to support her request for specific requirement. Breakfast was plentiful. The rooms were spotless, very modern, new towels every day etc. The hotel is only a five minute walk onto the beautiful beach.
It was quite difficult to get a taxi. The evening before departing for my flight, I asked to book a taxi for the morning and was advised by reception to call back down in the morning which I did about 9am looking for a taxi about 10.30am but when the receptionist rang the taxi companies there were none available until around 12pm (so we missed our train but got the next train which was fine for us as we were not flying until evening time) - but best to try get your taxi confirmed asap if you need one. Just to note, the receptionist was excellent and tried her best to secure a taxi for me by phone.

Great room. Very clean, good shower, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The restaurant attached served lovely food and breakfast was great as well.

Firstly, upon arrival we were told that we would not be given a reserved room because it was occupied.
Secondly, there was a hotplate and a dishwasher in the rooms but not a single plate or pot. There was almost no kitchen equipment.
Thirdly, the breakfast was tiny and monotonous. The same every day. If you don't eat ham and cheese, you will starve. But there was a choice of 5 cakes. The coffee was good.
The beach near the hotel is rather poor. Apart from the hotel restaurant which opens at 7 pm there is not much going on in the area. The nearest nice beach was to the north, 10 minutes by car from the hotel.
